Eva Tiamat Baphomet Medusa, not its birth name, wants you to refer to it as an it, and identifies as a dragon. After a series of bizarre surgeries, Tiamat has transformed into a fairly realistic dragon. The last surgery involved having its ears totally removed.
Tiamat is pretty confident it’s the first being to have its ears removed for purely esthetic reasons in an effort to revert to its true dragon form, whatever that might mean.
As you can see from the images, the mythical being also has some horns, brow ridges, an altered nose and is undergoing to process of what appears to be full body scale tattoos.
Tiamat was born as a man and transitioned into a woman and then a dragon. The names it uses are borrowed from mythology – Tiamat was a Mesopotamian goddess of the sea who takes on the form of a dragon. Dungeons and Dragons players are likely familiar with the name. Baphomet is a familiar figure in the Church of Satan, he’s the goat headed fellow you often see in Satanic imagery and was the being the Knights Templar were accused of worshipping during the Inquisition. And finally Medusa from Greek mythology was one of the Gorgons who could turn you to stone at a glance. So quite the trio of names there.
Tiamat started life as Richard Hernandez and was once a banker. He even had kids, but he always felt he was a woman trapped in a man’s body. So he began two transitions at the same time, becoming a woman and becoming a dragon because why not?
Tiamat’s tongue is bifurcated like a snake, 95% of its body is covered in a snake scale tattoo pattern and it has its eyes stained green. Seems like a good start as far as being a dragon goes. But what do you do once youre finished?
